In accordance to this all posted Classified adverts may have their content checked prior to publication. All company links will be checked for authenticity and for compliance to Inside-Track.info's terms and conditions before publication

Users of Inside-Track.info must not:

• breach any laws, sell any counterfeit items or otherwise infringe the copyright, trade mark or other rights of third parties;
• distribute or post spam, chain letters, or pyramid schemes;
• distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm Inside-Track.info, or the interests or property of Inside-Track.info users;
• copy, modify, or distribute Inside-Track.info copyrighted works or trade marks, or other content from the Site, without our express consent; or
• harvest or otherwise collect information about users, including email addresses, without their express consent.

When users are involved in a transaction, they may obtain access to each other's name, email address, and other contact information, postal information and financial information. We cannot and do not guarantee that other users will respect the privacy or security of your information and therefore we encourage you to evaluate the privacy and security policies of your trading partners before entering into transactions and choosing to share your information with them.

We have no control over, do not guarantee, and you will not hold us responsible for:

• the ability of buyers to pay for items; or
• whether a buyer or seller will actually complete a transaction.

Privacy
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your express consent.

Payment
All payment must be received in full for the full term of the advertisement prior to the publication of said advert or company link. All payment is non refundable, even under circumstances leading to the withdrawal of an advert or link.

Limitation of Liability
All warranties, conditions and other terms implied by statute or common law are, to the fullest extent permitted by law, excluded from this agreement.
Nothing in this agreement limits or excludes the liability of the Supplier for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, or for any damage or liability incurred as a result of fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by the Supplier.
Subject to the above the Supplier's total liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise arising in connection with the performance or contemplated performance of this agreement shall be limited to the price paid.

Entire Agreement
This agreement and any documents referred to in it constitutes the whole agreement between the parties and supersedes any previous arrangement, understanding or agreement between them relating to the subject matter of this agreement.

Indemnity
Users of this website and of our services shall indemnify us against all liabilities, costs, expenses, damages and losses (including any direct, indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of reputation and all interest, penalties and legal and other professional costs and expenses) suffered or incurred by us arising out of or in connection with:

1. any breach of these terms and conditions; and
2. for the avoidance of doubt, any claim made against us for actual or alleged infringement of a third party's intellectual property rights.
